bad habits die hard. like how a leopard never changes its spots.
its this thing about waking up when you're so tempted to snooze. how do you change that bad habit and turn it into who you are as a person.
my usual response when i see the time is ... hmm it's still early, why do i want to wake up so early for. and then no answer comes to me (probably because my brain is still in slumber mode), so i go right back to bed. or ... hmm still sleepy i can sleep in awhile more.
gahhh i've tried different methods but i think it still comes down to determination. and yet determination never really gets you anywhere. so how how how???
i know this bad habit is ruining everything !
things i've tried when i wake up to motivate me to get out bed (some successful, some not)
1. thinking " if i don't wake up now, will i regret it?"
2. setting a plan of what to do when i wake up at that time
3. making appointments that i need to keep so i have to wake up and get ready
dear manager,
please help me with a good sleep and wake up routine/habit that will allow me to accomplish many many things in a day, for my highest good and that will be fun and enjoyable for me and everyone around me. thanks
