I first learnt about the ultimate success formula when i was 14 attending a motivational camp by Adam Khoo. It is so easy and straightforward that i often forget it.
The ultimate success formula is based on assessing where your past actions have led you to and in order to achieve a different outcome, try a different method. It's logical that doing the same thing over and over again can only lead to the same outcome. Based on what i've been doing and the kind of outcome i have had for the past week (sleeping for more than 12 hours), i decide that this is not the lifestyle i would like to have.
Ah ha ! Sueyan Lim is thus wise today to do something different in order to change become a more vivid and fulfilling creator of her life !
According to Abraham, we don't need as much sleep as we think. So i decided to test what my day would be like if i followed my body's rhythm and actually woke up (and got out of bed-thats the important part) when my body clock woke me up. Instead of lying in bed pondering over the dilemma of whether to get up or go back to sleep, often falling asleep in the process, i decide to sit up, drink some water, do some stretching and blog about it.
I think it is a really good idea for me to blog first thing when i wake up. I can probably catch some very interesting thoughts from dreamland.
This is the second time that i have gone to bed around midnight and woke up naturally at 251am.
According to Doreen Virtue's book 'Angel Numbers 101' , 251 means you sre steering the wheel of your life right now. It's essentiwl that you stay positive about the changes you are making or considering, as that determines your destination Apt words for me in carrying out my plan to lead a more fulfilling life where i am jouyously awake, creating and attracting abundance in my life.
I feel very accomplished to be awake, enjoying the pitter patter of rain and the rumbling of thunder, even the occassional glimpse of lightning as it flashes across my window. Last week's stunt of alot of sleeping must be my body's way of getting back into alignment of who i am and what i want in my life, flushing out toxins and having a good rest. Through experiencing a situation i do not prefer, can i decide to make a new decision about my life and plan action steps to achieve it.
